HEALTH SAFETY & ABUSE FREE WORK PLACE POLICY

Cheema Agro Farms & Land Development is committed to ensuring the health, safety, well-being & abuse free environment for all employees, and to protection from injury or disease in the workplace. Health and safety is a collective effort and all employers, contractors, supervisors and workers must be dedicated to this objective.

ABUSE FREE ENVIRONMENT

All employees are obligated to make a positive effort to ensure remain cooperative with each other while working in common work place and will be polite and humble to other workers during their duties at workplace. Supervisors have an obligation to ensure addressing all concerns of employees 

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

The employer has emergency procedures in place to address potential accidents Assembly Point- in case of emergency all employees will assemble near site office and a (head count) will be done by Supervisors to ensure that all employees are safe.
